ARTICLE 19 would like to invite you to join us on 28, 29 and 30 June for our Challenge Hate conference, focusing on how to identify and challenge ‘hate speech’ online. Sessions explore international standards on hate speech, regulation of hate speech by both states and social media platforms, and include panel discussions on monitoring, self-regulation and engaging young activists.

This conference is organised through the project in Kyrgyzstan, funded by the European Union. The project is implemented by five organisations: Media Policy Institute, Westminster Foundation for Democracy, the European Association of Local Democracy and ARTICLE 19, led by the European Partnership for Democracy.
